Chicken - 350gm (boneless)
Ingredients:
100gm cornflour
100gm maida
1 egg white
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp china salt
1/4 tsp orange red color (if you want color you can use it, else optional)
salt to taste
12 green chillies (slitted)
3 sticks curry leaves
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
2 cups curd
oil just to fry
Procedure:
1. Take a bowl, add cornflour, maida, egg white, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, china salt, salt and little water. Mix it well as a think paste.
2. Add boneless chicken to this mixture and keep it aside for 1/2 hr.
3. Take a pan and fry the marinated chicken until red color is obtained.
4. Take another pan add oil, after the oil is heated add green chillies, curry leaves and fry them.
5. Now add curd, garam masala, orange red color, salt and fried chicken pieces to the above mixture.
6. Mix everything well until the chicken pieces turn red.
7. Garnish with onions and lime.
You can have Chicken 65 as an appetizer.
