Idli

Idli is the easiest and the healthiest breakfast one can have.
If you are in India or in US and you dont have the patience to prepare the batter, the best way is to buy "Priya instant idli mix", its the best. I use it myself, the idlis are really soft. Just follow the directions on the cover, all you have to do is add little water and wait for 10 minutes, then pour the batter in the idli plates and cook for 10-15 min and your idlis are ready to eat.

Idlis taste good with Sambar,Peanut chutney,Peanut powder and Ginger pickle.
