Dosa Batter

Preparation time: 5min
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
1 cup Rice
1/2 cup Urad dal(minapappu)
1/4 cup Pesara pappu
1/4 cup Kandi pappu
Salt to taste

Procedure:
1. Soak all the above ingredients for 3-4 hours(without salt).
2. Grind all of the ingredients together(without salt).
3. Take a bowl and pour the batter and close with a lid and keep it overnight/1 full day( i prefer overnight) outside not in the refrigerator.
4. Add salt only to the part of the batter you will be using, the rest of the batter keep it refrigerated. If you add salt to the entire mixture and use only half of it then the rest of the batter will get spoilt.

Dosa tastes good with Coconut Chutney/dipping or Peanut Chutney, Aloo Fry.
