Ingredients:
1 cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup Rava(Sooji)
1/4 cup Maida
1/4 Big Onion(chopped)
1 tsp Mustard seeds
3 Green chillies(chopped)
Small piece Ginger finely chopped
Few Coriander leaves finely chopped
Salt to taste
There are 2 ways to make rava dosa:
1st Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients with water.The mixture should be watery unlike the dosa batter.
2. Take a tawa and start pouring the batter. Let it turn golden brown then fry the other side.
2nd Method:
1. Mix the rice flour,rava and maida with water and add salt to it.
2. Take a pan and add oil to it and add the mustard seeds.After the seeds start to splutter add the onions and fry till the onions turn transparent.
3. Add the green chillies and ginger and fry for 2min and add this mixture to the batter.
Repeat step 2 from the 1st method.
Rava dosa tastes good with Tomato Chutney.
