Ingredients:
Green Peas - 750 gms/ 1 pound
1 medium Onion
1 medium Tomato
1 tsp - mustard seeds
1 tsp - cumin seeds
1 tsp - turmeric
1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
1 - 1.5 glass water
Chilli powder(according to spice levels)
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Take a wide pan and add oil. After the oil gets heated add mustard and cumin seeds.
2. After the seeds start to splutter add onion and fry till golden brown. Add turmeric and ginger garlic paste and fry for 2min.
3. Add Tomatoes and cover the lid for 3min.
4. Now add Peas, water and chilli powder, close the lid and cook on simmer for 5-7 min.
5. Remove the lid, add salt. Let it cook for 2-3 min.
6. Green Peas curry is ready to eat.
