Preparation time - 10 min
Cook time - 20 min
Serves - 4
Capsicum - 4small or 3big (diced)
Ingredients:
4 tbsp oil
1 onion (diced)
1/2 spoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
2 tsp chilli powder (depends on spice levels)
2 tsp sesame powder
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a wide pan.
2. After the oil heats add onions.
3. Once the onion turns brown add turmeric.
4. Add the chopped capsicum and cover the pan for 4-5 mins.
5. Remove the lid and check to see if capsicum became soft., if it did then dont cover the lid, leave it open.
6. Add salt and chilli powder to it and mix well for 2min.
7. Then add sesame powder and mix for another 2min.
8.Cook for 5min and its done.
Capsicum curry is ready.
