Strawberry Bon Bons

1 strawberry chopped
1-2 tbsp sugar
10 Nilla wafers
vanilla ice cream
dipping chocolate
2-3 pistachois/almonds grounded

Procedure:
1. Cut the strawberry into small pieces and fry them in a pan without oil. Add sugar to it and continue frying till you get the syrup of the strawberry. Cool it down.
2. Take the nilla wafer and take a small spoonful of vanilla ice cream and put it on top of the wafer.
3. Pour the strawberry syrup on the vanilla ice cream. Place this on a sheet and keep it in the freezer for about 30 min.
4. Heat the chocolate for 30 sec , let cool down and keep it aside.
5. Remove the ice cream wafer from the freezer with the help of a fork , dip it in the chocolate and place it back on the sheet and add the pistachios/almonds on it and freeze it back for another 20min.
