Pudina rice

1 cup rice

Ingredients:
1 bunch Pudina leaves
1 small onion(sliced)
3 green chillies
2-3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 Bay leaves
Salt to taste

Procedure:
1. Wash the rice and keep aside.
2. Grind the pudina leaves and green chillies.
3. Take a wide pan and add oil to it.
4. Add the cinnamon,cloves,bay leaves to the oil and fry for 2 min.
5. Add onions and fry till the onions turn golden brown in color.
6. Now add the rice and fry for 2 min.
7. Add the pudina mixture to the rice and fry for 3-4min.
8. Add 2 cups water to it and cook the rice.

Pudina rice tastes good with raita.
