Easy Fried Rice

Preparation Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 15 min

1 cup rice

Ingredients:
1/2 Onion(medium-sized)
2 Green chillies(slit long)
2-3 Cloves
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 small Cinnamon stick
1-2 Bay leaves(Biryani leaf)
1/2 bunch of Coriander leaves
3-4 tbsp of Oil
Salt to taste

Procedure:
1. Wash the rice and add 2cups water and keep aside.
2. Take a wide pan, pour oil in it and wait till it heats up.
3. Add cumin seeds,cloves,cinnamon,bay leaves and fry for 2min.
4. Add onions and fry till onions turn golden brown in color.
5. Add green chillies and fry for another 2min.
6. Now add this mixture to the rice along with coriander leaves and salt and cook the rice.

Fried rice is good with any curry or raita.
